We Guarantee that your windows will be left clean
- Any issues or concerns need to be brought to our attention within 36 hours of our visit. Anything after this time and we cannot guarantee complaints will be rectified free of charge.
We Guarantee that we will perform your Window clean on the agreed dates – If for any reason we are unable to fulfil this we will inform you of the reason and keep you updated
- If you cancel our visit on the day we call we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full clean price. We require 24 hours notice of any changes to your schedule
- If we are unable to access any areas to be cleaned due to a locked gate or other obstruction we will clean all accessible windows and will charge a minimum of 60% of the full clean price.
- Where we are unable to clean any area due to windows being left open. We will charge 100% of the full clean price
We will always operate in a manner which is safe to our customers, passers by and our staff
- Where work is not possible because of the presence of pet excrement resulting in a health and safety issue we may clean only the windows which are safely accessible. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the full property clean price if this is the case. A continuing scenario of this nature will result in us removing any offending property from our schedule.
- All work areas to be kept clear of children and pets whilst we are in attendance.

- Payment for any of our cleaning services to be be made within 7 Days of our Invoice issue. Payment Can be made by one of the following methods. BACS Transfer – Cheque – Cash – or Direct debit
- Continued use of our services will be seen as acceptance of these terms unless you inform us otherwise. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with them and check regularly for any alterations.
